The Ruben Amaro Sr Foundation aims to make competitive travel and collegiate showcase opportunities accessible to ALL players and families through scholarship and sponsorship initiatives that alleviate financial burdens, ensuring that talent, not financial capacity, becomes the primary factor in accessing these opportunities.

We are a non-profit program empowering youth baseball and softball organizations to overcome financial barriers that would otherwise limit players’ participation in travel and collegiate showcase sports opportunities. We provide partial and full scholarships for qualifying athletes and travel programs.
The rising costs of travel and showcase programs often excludes talented, but less privileged athletes from participating. We believe that economic barriers should not limit access to these critical opportunities. As expenses soar, talented individuals from underrepresented communities might miss out on chances to showcase their skills and pursue higher education through sports scholarships.
